If you come to the event not meeting the rules or with some sketchy looking ride I will call you out on it and you will need to find another class no exceptions,...the other competitors have worked too hard to be ranked with lesser quality or un safe competitors,...no it isn't a carshow BUT the clapped out bracket car junk NEED NOT APPLY,.....CAN'T MAKE THAT ANY MORE CLEAR

Ethan, I would suggest a link to the GSR rules, either on the board here from last year, or where ever else they might be in print. JW
What about rear tire size ?, width, section width, height, is there a tire height limit, mini tubs, rear wheel width ? Thought I bring this up.
All that is answered in the rules,..but there is no tire restrictions,.....I do request that a solid effort be made to carpet or paint the tubs and ant other aluminum panels Official Qualifications are friday,...there will be a minimum of two qualifiers,..usually there will be at least one on Sat to adjust for weather,...possibly two,..depending on how smoothly everything goes Your fastest is your dial in,...PERIOD,...no discussions about it,..if that happens on a low DA Friday and it goes to pot on Sat,...oh well,..adjust best you can
Racer meeting will happen Sat morning in the circletrack,..pretty much dead center,...I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO PIT IN THE CIRCLE TRACK,....THATS WHERE MOST THE GSR competitors will be anyway,..and that's the best location to hear and see when we are called,....WE WILL RUN BEHIND SUPER 16 ,....SO WHEN YOU HEAR OR SEE THOSE GUYS MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE CIRCLE TRACK,....YOU NEED TO DO THE SAME! I DONT HOLD THE LANES,...IF YOU'RE NOT PRESENT OR SOMEONE FOR YOU IS PRESENT AT THE MEETING,...YOU DON'T RUN IF YIU WANT TO RUN SUPER 16 AND GSR,..GREAT,..BUT IM NOT STALLING FOR YOU IF YOUR NOT BY YOUR PREDETERMINED PAIR YOU'RE OUT,.... Beech bend has a piss poor PA system,...so don't count on hearing about a meeting or running and have time to get up there. I do my best to talk to all competitors as I like to look the car over if I don't know it,...so chances are you'll see me b4 each time we run to let you know when we're going down again
Congratulations to Gary Paine on his GSR win ,...as usual it was a great group of cars that were running hard and mostly all 10 sec rides,...over 3500 in prize money won and some great close, clean runs,..what it's all about. Next year will be only better,..with more money and more action
