Had .040 cut off, they CC'd 50 cc Now all I have to do is find the specs for my pistons, I know I had posted a pic of the specs on here on somebody else's thread, but cant find it.
Check intake fit first before you glue make sure all the bolts go in I had to ream out the holes on intake to get those bolts in.
What do you needto find out about your Pistons? You have the heads off so checking the deck height is easy! If your talking about your valve notch volume then just oil up the notches, stuff some clay into them, level them off with a single edge blade, then remove them and drop them into your CC Burett and measure the CC displacement.
I asked Mike about that as he cut some off the intake side of my old heads so the intake ports and bolt holes would line up, he asked “ how much was your deck cut, and your heads?” I told him and he said “ok, you need xxx off your intake side of your heads” He just calculated that standing there, I was amazed! On these heads he said let him know about the alignment, I “should” be ok.
That’s what I was thinking, just CC one of the pistons at TDC, yes? All I’m looking for is the total volume at TDC?
Larry, how is it that you have a photo of Demko's Piston order? Did he post this elsewhere? You are good.
I’ll be 11.97 to 1 (Wallace Racing calculator) AWESOME I increased ‘bout 1 point Using Summit racings calculator I’m at 12 to 1
I used the search, put "Piston cc" in, and then put Mark Demko in as user. I think it was the 4th thread I perused through. Easy Peasy

I’m curious if it’s going to rattle, it was fine at 11.1 to 1 on 93 pump gas, I increased a bit by having another .010 taken off these heads (.040) verses .030 on my old ones I ruined. I’m pushing it I know for pump gas, but what the heck This is gonna be fun!
FINALLY assembling! Have one head torqued down, on to the next side one, then more parts installed. Hopefully going to set it back in July 4th
