My sister-in-laws GSX with the straight 6 chevy . The GSX package was just that , A Package available with the Apollo . Pictured with my 70 GSX # 554
The GSX option was basically an appearance package on the Apollo. The vehicles were available with either the 250 inline six or the Buick 350 with either a two barrel or a four barrel. They were also available in two body styles...two door sedan or two door hatchback. I have a red two door sedan and it was equipped with the 350 four barrel.
Cool, I remember taking that picture almost 20 years ago, just got it out the other day when the weather was nice.
Just realized novas hoods went to the grill, Apollo, and omega had a painted nose piece with a grill.
Even though the gsx was just a trim option on those years it’s still cool. I would like to see a 500+ hp alum headed 74 GSX using the numbers matching 350 built up.
Hi everybody, I picked up a 74 apollo hatchback about 4 years ago . I stuffed a 455 and a 4 speed in it , more changes coming soon
Wow, I'm impressed, BB 455 & 4-Speed in an Apollo, the ultimate sleeper, I love it. Vat (Navy) PS, What more changes are coming????

We have an official RDW (Dutch DMV) website for that. In the Netherlands there's only 1 Apollo registered. Number plate: 57-YD-19 Colour: green Body style: coupe Engine: 350 V8 First date of registration: June 30, 1973 Registered by the current owner since March 20, 2019 The vehicle is insured
All the right Power adds. This car should be a rocket sled. Getting 500+ HP out of your 462ci should not be a problem to obtain. 9 inch is the way to go, and you'll get great traction with some big fat tires on the ass end of your car. Burnt orange paint, love that color......... with semi-gloss black stripes, that's going to take it over the top. Love to see your car when it gets finished.
