Boy if I had the money I’d buy yours now and forget about mine Jason. I’ll die b4 I drive mine just watch and see. Never should have taken this project on with all my disabilities & working in a driveway. Save yourself and buy Jason’s if you wanna have fun!
When you rebuilt everything underneath, did you leave the body on the frame,or did you do the frame too?
Jason, the question here is what would YOU pay for this car? Hey BTW this is a total joke! I love this car!
Jason here another car sale to compare to yours https://buffalo.craigslist.org/cto/d/port-huron-1970-buick-gs-speed/7003415799.html
Yep, that's Rich's car. His, unlike mine, is a factory 4 speed car. But mine is almost half the price. li If anyone has a serious interest, I will entertain offers on it Took the car car out yesterday on a nice long ride. Car never missed a beat. Brought it to the beach and had a woman with a camera ask if she could take pictures of it. Sais she was going to put it on her Instagram page. Its literally odd how much attention this car gets.
Neat photo. For me this made me think of a bustling street race scene with lots of loud flashy muscle cars, the beater rumbles up asking who wants a piece o' this? Photo taken 30 seconds later
OMG, that "patina look" is truly iconic! I can see this as a NAPA POSTER CAR! Buy it as is. Leave it as is. Tear up the streets as is. Dont worry about small nicks, stone chips, parking lot dings... go out and have a blast rippin a hole thru the air. . . . Yeaaah Buddddy! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Looking at this car makes me think of the movie 'The Relic'. You shoulda left the bent up front bumper on it! Good luck with the sale, well worth the money. That car would get me cuffed and stuffed in a heartbeat!
well sheeeeot. I had a deal fall thru on my 62 Vette Pro street after the guys wifes sisters, brother, his aunt & banker financial bidness partner said it was not a good investment... Sheesh. What does he, or SHE know about investment cars anyway?? I was HOPING it would sell so I could throw you a serious cash offer on THE BEATER... gosh-dernit anyhow. Hope someone will stepup SOON and buy my Vette.... The beater - the better!!! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Yes. It was rebuilt by the PO but I have no paperwork or cam card. The cam is super smooth though. It's a great running engine and idles hot with 28 psi of oil pressure. Best running 455 I ever owned and Ive owned a few
The Beater is sold!!! Felt sad seeing it go but its off to a good home. The buyer fell it love with it and says hes going to keep her "as is". He wasnt even a Buick guy. I think I made him one though
