I hope so. I have a vintage air kit in the garage waiting on a bracket.

Hey guys, as of March 17, I have 1 Bracket left in my current Batch that has not been spoken for. If anyone is interested send me a PM. I am not sure when I will have the time to build more.

P.m. sent in about five minutes. Looks like I’ll be on the long list waiting for the next batch but that’s OK. Sounds like everybody is very happy, and I want to be cool and happy also. :)

Mocked mine up on the 464 yesterday.Fit like a factory piece!! I just put the compressor bracket on so it doesn't get misplaced in my very unorganized garage. 4.jpg 20230325_155548.jpg 20230325_155608.jpg

I just received a package from out of the country. I was afraid to open it up thinking it was going to be everyone from the southern border. I was wrong. Jordan, your Sanden bracket is awesome! I just took it out of the box that I can’t believe it fit in. I like Bignastys idea of mounting it on my car so I don’t lose the parts. Beautiful job sir!

It’s great to see everyone getting their brackets.

I have a few more cut and ready to weld. If anyone is interested send me a PM and I can get you set up.

I received a bracket from Longhorn, and it is awesome. Bolted right up with no tweaking, no fuss. The included instructions were nice to have. The belt numbers that were included in the instructions were spot on. I did have AC originally, so it was no problem at all bolting this right on. This is on a 76 Electra, and I did run into an issue where if I had the AC belt on the inside pulleys, it hit the lower radiator hose. no amount of moving the hose was gonna fix it. Needed about an inch. I switched the belt to the outside groove of the compressor and it fixed it right up, but with not too much clearance. I don't like using the outer groove, as I feel it more stressful on the bearing.?. All in all though, I believe it was a success. On to the rest of the system!

IMG_20211003_150241812.jpg IMG_20230618_131518.jpg I wanted to update this thread on my Electra in case anyone does a vintage aire system on their big body Buick. I eventually found out that my lower radiator hose was turned around. I flipped it around, and now the belt clears, no problem. The AC belt runs on the inside pulley as intended, and alternator on the outside. This has nothing to do with the bracket, and has been great since day one. It's perfect.
