Wasn't getting any fuel to the Wildcat, so I dropped the fuel tank and it was leaking from everywhere a the top of the tank near the straps. Also had very small holes where the tank pressed up against the trunk on the underbody. Any recommendations on where to source a good replacement tank? I'm also considering just upgrading to EFI. Any suggestions for a complete system? Been eyeballing the Holley Sniper System but have been hearing some interesting stories about issues with them and customer service.
My searches for a replacement tank have mirrored the Monty Python movie “Search for the Holy Grail,” but without the coconuts.

I posted a similar query about a year ago. Unobtanium. As funds slowly come together, I'll be going with a quality aftermarket tank to fit an Impala and welding the filler neck if need be. My 68 is not a concours car, and that will do for me. (My car's original fuel tank was in the trash when I bought the car, which had been converted to run on LPG/''propane'' with a propane tank in the trunk. ''Do you want the rusty old original petrol tank?'' ''Nah, I won't need it." D'OH!!!
I could be wrong but believe some guys are using tanks from 74 ish lesabre which are available from auto parts stores. I Could be wrong but hopefully someone will chime in. If you look on a wildcat Facebook site you may have better luck with your answer. Sending units are also readily available for those tanks. I am guessing you have to reuse the neck from your tank. There was an episode on vise grip garage in which the host brought a 67 back to life from a field and ordered up a tank for it and of course it did not fit...I think he said “not even close” There are places you can send your tank to such as https://www.gastankrenu.net/
