Hello, How do you get the very old clock knob back on the clock shaft, it doesn't seem like there is that much shaft coming through the lens to grab the knob. Epoxy? Just getting the dash back together and put the clock back in after converting it to quartz. It is on a 69 GS. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks

Pull it out like you would if you were going to adjust the time. Hold the rod with a pair of pliers wrapped with electrical tape so as not to mar the part.

It's been a while since I did that conversion. I seem to remember having the same issue and I think I was trying to put the knob on backwards. Try turning it around?

Problem solved, OPGI has replacement knobs , with the screw. I used my knob with a new screw. Anyone need a couple of knobs and one screw , let me know. Thanks for your suggestions
