I made a pan of chicken lasagna with a roux based sauce today. Never considered taking any photos during its creation. Already stored in containers. Froze some for future use. Unfortunately it didn't turn out as good as my usual due to tweaking the recipe too much. I'll still eat it though. Have something in mind for next weekend though....
Mama’s not home so a sloppy pan seared ribeye is my choice for tonight. Goes good in front of the TV watching football.
7 hrs ago in our kitchen we had meat. Seasoned up for another round of Korean beef in the slow cooker.
Came out great. We have this beef about every 3 weeks or so. This time we had it with fresh asparagus with the beef over jasmine rice. Plenty left for Korean beef rolls for lunch.
Basic no bun burgers tonight Fellers! Kobe beef sautéed in butter then grilled. Went ahead and topped it with Swiss cheese, red onion, ketchup, mustard and fresh tomatoes!
I am stuck on Château Sainte Michelle Cabernet Savignon with any red meat. It’s the perfect red wine to accompany.
Doctored spagetti linguini tonite, deluxe salad, Pino Grigio.... Added fresh schooms, Italian sausage, ground round, & onion to the sauce.....

Eating good again today! Broiled salmon over brown rice, with lemon, mushroom, caper, white wine, lemon butter sauce. Added a few sun dried tomatoes too. Green beans & a salad with the same Pino Grigio. Good pours over here too.
A little Italian in our house last night, sauteed shrimp and vegetables in a parmesan cream sauce tossed with angel hair.
