Is it possible to fit a 15x10 inch rim on a 69 Skylark that is not mini tubbed. I'm willing to cut the lip off the quarter panel. It's going a 12 bolt that's been narrowed 1/2 inch per side if that matters.

Probably not in the stock wheelhouse
I think that the Tires will bulge to much to fit in there
Good luck and let us know if you get them to work for you

I suspect you would need at least 6 1/2" of back spacing. The 70-72 needs 5 1/2"-5 5/8" of back spacing on a 10" rim. The earlier cars need at least a inch more back spacing.

I borrowed a set of 15x10 wheels with 5.5" of back space to see if they fit. I think 5.75" of back space would be perfect but will likely get 6" and use a 1/4" spacer. It was close to the quarter but fit. I'm going to trim the lip some and with the .25 extra off set they should fit perfect. The tires a 28x10.5
