    Some help please....

I'm desperately seeking two brand new steel 15" x 8" (5 on 4.75") Buick Rallye wheels for my '72 Skylark.

To my knowledge, Wheel Vintiques is the only manufacturer of reproduction steel 15"x8" Buick Rallye wheels. (https://www.wheelvintiques.com/wheels/muscle/buick-rallye.html) Unfortunately, they have been "out-of-stock" with "no ETA on new ones" on both 15x7 and 15x8 Rallye wheels for the past 6 months (at least).

Are there any other manufacturers of steel 15x8 Buick Rallye wheels out there?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Just now checked with The Parts Place: Those wheels are out of stock. (I suspect they get them from Wheel Vintiques). Thank you, though.

I have one 15x8 on order with Vintiques for 15 months. No idea when they will get any.

Thank you OHC JOE. I appreciate your help.

The ones on OfferUp are 15"x7" ...and they're definitely not new. Neither Jegs nor Summit has 15x8 Buick Rallye wheels in stock. They both show expected shipping dates that periodically roll further out (forward). So I don't have much confidence that I would receive them while I'm still young-ish enough to drive. Good suggestions, though. Bummer.

Oh yeah. I did too... many years ago. I visited their website and saw a reference to the 57 Series Chrome wheels but it didn't show any supporting info (sizes, bolt pattern, etc). I called numerous extensions (they automatically rolled over to other extensions while I was listening to ring tones) twice this AM. Not very encouraging, I'm afraid. So they're either in a very long business meeting/training class or ????.

Thank you for the suggestion, Mart. I thought Stockton might offer a ray of hope, but...

Owner died in 2011, didn't know if business was sold or maintained by the kids.
Used Summit also, but abt 6 yrs ago.

I have 2 on order with wheel Vintiques since June of 2021. They have no idea when they will be able to make them.

People have been known to cut wheels and put a spacer in to expand the width, or cut two wheels apart to make one wider one.

I have 2 rusty 15x8’s on the back of the X-Camino. They really make the car look cool.

I just called WV. Been waiting since 6/1/21. The salesman said there was actually a production order. said he would get back to me as to how far along they were. I'm not holding my breath.:D

I also called them and was told the same thing except they gave me an apx date but I didn't even write it down. That shows how much I believed it.

I watched an episode on Wheeler Dealers sometime ago. They were "restomoding" a VW bus. In order to run larger & wider tires,
they took the stock wheels to specialty machine The shop mounted the rim on a jig & used a plasma cutter to cut the rim within an inch of
bead ring. They then created a flat ring of steel about an inch wide, rolled it into a circle & the welded all three parts back together. ergo, a wider rim. Perfect!
