GSFredsbuddy So much to do so little time

My Latest acquisition is a 1965 Skylark. My question is the cloth interior ? The rear seat is just about perfect but the front no so perfect. I would love to be able to save the front seat as the rest of the interior is in way above average condition. All of the stuff you see for replacement covers is vinyl. Is there a place to find these cloth covers ? Is there a place to source the vinyl and the cloth and someone makes one ? Trim tag finds this to be "Fawn" I don't know if thats just the center section or both. Hoping someone here has done this before and can let me know how they went about it and how bad it was ?

    Thanks in advance

    Michael

I purchased that same fabric in Green for my 65 Skylark. Sold the car with fabric. GLW SMS. They are the slowest.

Another vote for smsautofabrics. I got mine from them and was pleased with the quality.

I got NOS fabric for my 64 from Legendary Interiors. I suspect they are all sourcing it from the same place. Regardless, it was the right stuff and Legendary at that time, quite a few years ago, was great to work with. Hopefully they're still great.

Unless you go custom, I think SMS is the ticket. Good luck.
