1965 Gran Sport Hood hinge springs

I have a friend that is looking for a set of hood hinge springs for a 1965 Gran Sport. He was actually looking for the GM part number for these. Not sure if they available or not. His hood won't stay fully open when he opens it, doesn't slam shut, but just seems like the springs are weak?
If anyone has the GM parts book, and can look up the part numbers, it would be much appreciated.
