The passenger side front power window quit working on my 67 GS 400 convertible. Made the mistake of removing the power window motor without locking the window cam arms in-place and the spring un-wound. I don't know how much spring tension there should be or its correct orientation. Can anyone help me on this? I took at shot at it and I don't think I have enough spring tension because the window is struggling moving the window all the way up and it "shoots" down like a rocket. Is the spring in the window regulator supposed to put tension on the regulator in an upward manner or downward manner. I would love a picture of an assembled power window regulator system for passenger side if someone has it. I have the Fisher body manual but it doesn't give any detail about the window regulator spring.

    Thanks!
