Your killing me John I was living for this car when you started.. Remember you did all the work and busted knuckles on your Riv Its a old car and thing s will need to be fixed. Nice 67 Riv's with a 3.42 posi's are rare. I know i'm not in your shoes and its easier from my side but anyone can build or buy a 9 or 10 second car with a BBC and a body that weighs 3000 lbs. Getting your 4500 beast into the 13ths was all you and you have everything needed to maby break into the 12ths.
If I had the room and felt a little better I would truly consider it.. I have 2 other cars under tarps needing a little love for the past 10 years or more.. I'm also needing to get a 2nd regular driver. I so much enjoyed watching you work with a passion and knowledge on that car John and it's me being selfish that you have to let it go.
John have you tried listing the Riv for sale on some European sites? I'm sure someone over there would pay full asking plus the container ride to have that rare (even more super rare over there) car to drive around.

Ahh that's pretty cool that it's got an interior and just enough "race" equipment to dabble in both worlds. I can't wait to see/hear some videos of it running, better yet shredding some rubber. SIDE NOTE: Not sure where it would go but you should start a new thread on this car for the new chapter in your quest for speed.
Nice...don't cut it up! Loses character of car....I like orig dash and door panels even on a race car. Someday when you are done with the Chevy powa you can put a Buick in it and race with us.....
