Find a good donor car. '67 or '68 should work. If that proves impossible, find someone who knows how to shape metal and can weld. become best friends with that person. If that doesn't produce results, go to your local Vo-Tech and take a semester of welding classes. I may or may not be speaking from experience, but the car in my avatar had virtually every panel below the mid-body line replaced by hand formed and welded patch panels because no replacements were available. And I did every bit of it (I was younger then - everything was possible).
