1968 GS W8 Stripe question

Fire up that weed whacker!

 

See how the original factory stripe does not have the top stripe between the trim piece and front wheel well. Not often duplicated correctly when appling repro stripes.

 

Could you share the basic dimensions of that NOS stripe? NO RUSH AT ALL. I just think it would be good to have that documented in this thread for the future. Probably not many original, unused stripes floating around.

 

Will do later today. It's in the attic of my garage right now.

 

I'm redoing a 68 now and I thought about adding this to it, car appears to be originally a shade ove white with a yellow tint to it.........I'm not worried about being 100% orginal. The interior is in great shape and a bright shade of medium/blue with a full black top......I think a brighter artic white and these straps in the same shade of blue would be the cats meow.

Would love to get close to factory location measurements.... thickness, spacing, etc
