Thanks to all for the awesome comments! Correct, that is the power locks switch on the upper passenger door panel, which needs some adjustment. According to the glove box punch card, the options are listed below. I added an extra pic as well.

    M40, D55 (TH400, Full Length Console)
    JL2 (Power disk brakes)
U63 (AM Sonomatic Radio manual antenna)
    Y43 (Rally Road Control Package)
    C60 (Air Conditioner)
A39 (Customer front and rear seat belts)
    U15 (Speed Alert)
    A01 (Soft-ray tinted glass)
    K45 (Heavy duty air cleaner)
B93, D33 (Door Guards, Rear control outside rearview mirror)
Y54 (Carpet savers and Handy Mats)
    A41, A46 (Power Seat 4-Way Tilt Adjuster)

68/69 power locks were vacuum operated including the trunk release. In the four door versions and wagons you have about a mile of vacuum hose .. all capable of creating a lean condition when cracked

The door switchs were very poorly aligned on the door cards and they vary tremendously on placement from car to car

It was an option ordered with the car. .code A93 vacuum operated.

A few typos on my options listsorry.

I hear ya!! That's (was) my car. I got er back from Joe, then sold it to Mike G last month.
My guess is when the folks see it at the show, they're gonna have a heart attack.
(The documentation alone, will knock you over)
The car came out super, that's putting it lightly. Joe Castrigano, IMO, is the best.
