George, I saw this one on the CL this morning. Someone hacked the top motor out and left it in the trunk. I got it - it works. Also the inside pillar post moldings. It's a plain 88. A/C equipped. 98K mile 350 Rocket 2 bbl TH400 trans. Manual windows ,seat. No posi but has the Olds 12 bolt. Very nice top bows. No tilt column. Back seat, rear trim panels and sun visors are good. It is actually a decent car and still mostly complete. It shouldn't have been in a junkyard but these are not that popular.
I got some parts from it...should never be in the yard....was/is a solid car. Anyways, here are some pics for members to review.
oh ohohhoh oh...gauges..:grin:...i like those....i also need a/c brackets and maybe some of the pulleys, mine is missing most of it, i will look whats the doo-hickeys on the fire wall and inner fender?...see anymore vintage speed stuff on it?
Forgot to mention, car has factory disc brakes on it...believe good for Olds models only due to different ball joints than Pontiac and Buick full size models.....was told that's the only difference. Mark, Sold the AC brkts and alt brkts already....email me direct please and will let you know when the next Olds 350 comes in w/brkts. that convertible is literally loaded with good stuff! corporate front end interchange started in 1971.
