1970 Skylark convertible hull, beautiful floors, absolutely savable quarters that are very easy to weld up correctly (as shown in pictures). Has a little bit of rust towards the front, underneath the cowl area but not including the dash. Car is very easy to repair correctly, beautiful floors top and bottom, trunk pan is very nice underneath top portion now has some surface rust and perforation. Has been in an indoor heated storage facility for 10 years, but a pipe above the trunk area had condensation which caused the rust you see, I personally would not replace the trunk pan. The entire hull, in my opinion, can be used in its entirety and is an excellent candidate to help you build a Skylark or GS convertible that would be structurally sound and all Fisher and Buick 1970 steel. Car has been professionally dipped and rinsed. Asking $2450.00 Call Tony at (815) 482-4295. Thanks
I wish I had this Conv. body 36 years ago...My 70 Conv. Would be done by now... From what I am reading here..the Convertible Chassis is Missing. If you had one in decent condition, I would be interested in buying it.
We have a heavy duty (thick) convertible frame from a '70 Cutlass convertible, it has a bend in the right front by the core support. We'd be willing to sell that if you are interested, feel free to give me a call and I can text pictures. Thanks, Tony
