1970 Skylark GS - Grill paint recommendations

    What paint brand and color is best for painting the silver portion of the grill? Has anyone used SEM Color Coat for this application?

    Also...did the factory paint the two main portions of the grill black? I have an original grill where it appears that the main section remained unpainted, gray plastic.

    Any thoughts/guidance would be appreciated.

    Krylon matt aluminum for the silver. The two main sections are an Argent silver. I bet you could use a cast iron paint or Eastwood gray phosphate paint

    Cast iron coat
    Dull aluminum
    Semi flat black for the center bar
