    **update

So, I was away in PA. Came back last night. Pushed the buick into the driveway and went to town. Not knowing what I'm doing, aside from basic, I replaced the plugs, wires, rotor, distributor, points, coil, ..all new. Put it all back together and nothing. No start. I don't know anything about points, and the only guage I have is a feeler. I lifted the window and turned the screw clockwise. All the way. Then I tried half turns counterclockwise. After around 3 half turns, (1 1/2), it fired right up. Ran like crap, but it started. I shut it off, and did a quarter turn, and it ran better. Then another. It ran even better. It's still alittle rough, not dramatic though. I took it for a spin with wife following behind in a truck just in case, but no issues. Filled it with gas, and away I went. It still needs that super tune, but for now, it's good to hear her purrrr again. Thanks everyone for all your help!!!!

Drive to Jason's immediately and let him dial that puppy in for you. You won't regret it I swear.
