Need a set of tires for the vette. Anyone have anything decent? I'd even take a set of 225/70-25 whites. I think it would look cool with white walls! Lol
Likely a "dead" size. I'd scour tire shops and marketplace. Wonder if new from Discount/ Big O, etc. could even be ordered at this point.
I have a very decent set of Radial T/As (IIRC) I'm going to take off my Stage 1 only because they're old but I've driven on them & really, they seem fine if you want something cheap to drive it around on/sell the car. No guarantees & prob. not a long-term sol'n but...
On my whitewall cars I use the Cooper Trendsetter 235-75-15's. They have a good sized footprint, and a nice thin whitewall. Here's a set on the back of my 71 when I was screwing around with disc brake caps..
Sounds exactly what I'm looking for. Im kicking myself because I had a decent set on the GSX when I bought and got rid of them. I was in one of my "why do I need all this crap hanging around for" moods
