300 auto tranny vs 350 auto tranny

Will a 350 engine auto tranny bolt to my 65 300 engine

 

Yes it will bolt up fine on the bell-housing. The driveshaft splines are the same on both trans no issues there. I don’t remember if the cross member needs to be moved. Not sure if the driveshaft needs to be shortened

 

It will bolt/mount the same. you may need to make a bracket for the kick down cable.

 

Yes, direct fit but you need to attach the downshift cable to carb

 

Maybe just put a 68-72 350 gas pedal.Bruno.

 

my 66 had a 73 350 in front of the stock st300 when i got it so yes its a direct swap
