This is a 73 455 block .030 over that was rebuilt with the 70 timing cover.
I do not know the particulars as I did not have it built. Looks very clean inside and I sprayed it with wd to keep from flash rusting.
I have a pair of 1970 Stage-1 heads that have been ported.

I have many performance parts listed from this same engine.
The Only reason I am not reusing this engine is I am going with a date correct engine.

Asking $4100.00 or trade for parts that I need.
I also have a bare block casting 1238861

    Thanks

  5. Would you be interested in separating the 1970 stage 1 heads? If so, how much?

The heads (1231786) have been cleaned and new valve stem seals installed. Also have a stage-1 cam to go with the engine.

Before I make an offer, would you be willing to ship them to Lawton, Oklahoma? Cheapest freight possible? Approximate cost?

couple questions for you - was there any bowl work done to these heads? what springs are in there and any guess's on the mileage on them?
and where in michigan are you located?

Head springs are good for a 500" lift cam. Paperwork states bowl work, low miles as car was long time storage.
