Hey everyone. New Lesabre owner here. I have an odd issue going on and any help would be greatly appreciated. My 64 LeSabre has no running lights when the headlights are on. The bulbs come on with the blinker and brakes but no juice otherwise. I’ve changed the bulbs and checked the fuses. I must be missing something simple?!
That's the way they were made. I have a 64 Electra I've know since new and it is the same way. I don't think the front park lights came on with headlights until 1968.
Yes, 68 was the first year for park lights that stayed on with the headlights. It's why the signal light switches aren't interchangeable between 67 and 68 either.
Thanks for the reply’s. My issue is with the running lights in the rear. I think I’ve narrowed it down to a ground issue.
