Hello everyone. Have my dash lights on with engine running and light switch off. Tried new light switch and no difference. Tried a different ignition switch which is used and still the same. Two bad ignition switches??? What can I try next? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John
Do you have any aftermarket gauges or radio in your car? Is it possible that someone accidently connected the dash lumination wire (grey wire) to switched 12V?
Hey Phil. Thanks for that info.No repairs on the electrical in many years. Going to check a relay that I installed many years ago for an electric fan. Could be sticking and causing a problem through the ignition and lights.
