Working on the interior and getting the gauges hooked up. The stock speedo and idiot lights are not LS friendly, so tabbed up a new panel and stuffed Speedhut gauges in it.

I did the same thing with my 65 Skylark. Went with Speedhut gauges. Yours look real nice.

Thanks Jim! Working hard to get it completed by the end of this month. Got the PCM programmed and the brakes working - she moves under her own power now. :Brow:

what color blk is that?? Did you end up tucking the bumpers or kept them stock? Love the wheels and really sets the car off. what did you end up doing with the hood? I couldn't find a cowl so we had to make one up. Looks very similar to my 66, you are going to love the 63 seats in it and the ridetech setup. Throw a turbo on it and they can be cousins. Have you looked into pro-touring.com? some really nice builds and this would def be apprectiated. Great job and love the little touches you did!

I'm really looking forward to driving it around after all this. Will you be able to make it over to Goodguys in October?

First week of October I'll be at Cruisin the Coast In Biloxi Mississippi. If you or anyone has not made it to this week long event please do come and join us. Last year there was 7042 registed street rods of all types. Definitely need some more Buicks to class up the beach.

Anyway when is the goodguys run?

If things keep going like they are Cruisin The Coast will be one of the largest events in the states. If I had to guess there were 15K+ cars of all models and makes the last few days of the event. Especially when the weather is good. All the locals pull out their garage queens and take the trip. It's 3 different venue areas where they hold events all week. These events are spread out across 30+ miles of white sandy beaches. They have a huge swap meet, car corral(cars for sale), and auction events. We will be there from Wed Oct 5th thru the end of event. We bring our camper and stay beach side. But if you want a hotel you better get one soon if they not all taken. You may also try to Casino's
