  1. Looking to go from the original 14” wheels to larger for tire availability. I have the info on which rim and tire combo is needed to stay close to the overall wheel diameter in 15” and 16”.
    I’m thinking 16 “ with a 205/65R16 tire.
Has anyone updated and was your choice 15” or 16” ?

It's a Special, the tires are front 245/45/17 and the rear are 265/40/17. I think the ride height may have been altered some, with springs and some homemade spacers. It rides pretty good. IMO. I didn't put the tires and wheels on the car, it was like this when I bought it.

  5. Cool , thank you for the info. My apologies, mistook for a skylark . I have a special deluxe which has the “special “ emblem on the front fenders , I thought they all had that. Here’s the car ,right after paint which had to be 20 years ago. I’ve had it for many years and haven’t driven it in 25. Kids , life….. finally I have committed to bringing it back to life.
    Thank again , kevin
