I can help ya out. I've got the formula right here on my computer. In fact if you'd like I can mix some, do a sprayout and mail it to you.

I got mine at NAPA (Martin Seymour) a few years ago. Have the mix in the files at the shop. Unusual thing (to me) is that the mix numbers for quart and gallon sets are not the same. I used single stage acrylic Urethane, not base-cor/ clear-coat...I was exceptionally pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately, I can't truly compare it to original Lime Mist code 43, as the car had at least seven layers of paint...(That was the case for the 72 Skylark;Tell the Truth: It was a code 43 paint for 72 not Lime Mist as in 1971, but I chose to MAKE it 1971 code 43 Lime Mist. Disclosure statement...

Yes as far as I can remeber 71 & 72 both shared code H but 71 was lime mist and 72 was called Heritage green.
I'm the 3rd owner of my car, purchased from second who had it from 1981-2001. It is a 43 code car, but the guy had it repainted single stage to Heritage green which I really never cared much for.
I definitely wanna shoot it base coat clear.

    best, John
