Lol Kirk, it is things like that which result in me having way too many cars in my signature and too many parts in the garage!

    What parts are still needed?

    Fan shroud & big Radiator?
    transmission, shifter, linkage, etc.?
do you have all chrome trim?
    Front bumper?
Interior including convertible rear seat and rear door panels?

thought someone would jump on this. am i out of line?

  9. not at all, the economy is out of line. being disassembled makes it tough for transport as well. i gave it some thought but it's 6-8 hours from me

    Kirk,

is the motor just a short block or do you have carb/distributor for it?

Hey Chris, Ya shortblock. no intake, carb or distrib. but I do have 1970 68cc heads to freshen up for it. this block with 70 stage1 heads, b4b intake, msd and 850 demon made 393 hp and 466 ftlbs at the rear wheels.

    69GS400s ...my own amusement ride!

just my opinion, but you should drop the chasis on the frame - even if its just temporary - and make it a roller so someone can easily grab it

... Someone (CHRIS !!) is getting a smokin' deal

It is a tough one at that price Kirk. Someone needs to have enough dry storage room for it, which it sounds like is one of the reasons you are selling it.

Someone has to want to finish a frame off resto on it, in which case unless they do a lot of work themselves, they will probably be in it more than its worth.

Or, if they part it out, it will take months to get back there money, assuming they are able to sell the "big" things. Which will be tough, given the costs of transport.

Or, best case, you find someone with a rusty 70-72 gs frame/body, as you have already got all that stuff done. That takes time though too.
