Hey everybody, I'm new to the forum. I have a 1972 Buick Skylark GS 455 custom motor and tranny. Built for street hopping or drag racing, legal. 600 hp. Located in San Diego. $30,000.

Needs to go to a good home. Let me know if you you're interested.

Lee, Forum rules say, You need to put a price on it. Location would also help.

It's a full running car. The frame and shell are stock condition. Rear axle is a 10-pin custom instead of a 12-pin. Has a NHRA rollbar inside. If interested PM me for my number and we can chat.

A rear axle so I didn't have to cut the tubs out of the back for racing.

That's correct Pat. As per JW,

    Effective immediately.

Due to the high number of complaints I have recieved from users posting for sale ads, only to have the post overtaken by a flame war about prices, vehicle conditions, values, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire ect.. commentary will no longer be allowed in someone's ad. If you want to comment on something, make your own new post about it, in the Bench, or other appropriate forum. Reasonable requests for more pictures, info, or other sale related communication is still allowed.

The moderators have been instructed to immediately delete any post that even hints of anything other than straightforward buying/selling discussion.

Offenders of this new policy risk disciplinary action.

Let's just buy and sell some parts folks, and keep the commetary to ourselves, or in other appropriate forums. It's, at the very least, rude to break up someone's for sale ad with your personal views on prevailing pricing trends, or other non-sale related information.

All ads must have a price and the location that the item is at. Ads not containing this information will be removed immediately.

    Thanks

    JW

Come on guys, I posted the updated classified policy. Legitimate questions about the car are OK. No more sarcastic commentary.:) I deleted the posts I thought were irrelevant to the sale.
