    BUQUICK I'm your huckleberry.

It looks like a vehicle that would have been in the animated movie "CARS" because they have similar mouths.

I actually kind of like it, it's different. And, I give the guy bonus credit for driving it and racking up some miles on it.

STAGE III Lost Experimental 455-4 Bolt Main Block.

Some satin strobe striping on the rockers and some stainless steel wheeleell and windshield trim would go a long way on this version IMHO.
Actually one of my biggest gripes on all the modern cars is zippo stainless or (OMG!) maybe even some small chrome bumpers.
Guess they have made up for the park bench size bumpers like our 73 & 74’s Gran Sports had via modern engineered crumple zones and drop down engine cradles making bumpers obsolete?
Anyhow, I am sure it is crazy fast and efficient, I just miss no more bling then a set of clear coated giant aluminum rims but that’s just me.
At least this one has a lot of extra effort put in it : )

That is a lotta car for a fairly low payment of $15K, if that's where the bidding tops out. Blown hemi, 6-speed trans, nice interior. I would consider buying it if I had the money to spare.
But it does indeed look like a "Ka-chow!" type car.

I like it, too. Usually i think these kinds of conversions are cheesy. This one looks ok. A more period correct set of rims would help win me over. Admittedly I don't really like the looks of the late model challengers, and I love meeting them on the street with the skylark...

The scoop on the 1/4 is what I like. I might get flamed for this, but i think the stock challengers have no lines/personality. Sure the recessed grill and head lights are cool and there seems to be a dozen hood scoop options, but the rest of the exterior is so plain jane. Besides the single body line 3" below the hood, the rest of the car is smooth. No styling cues at all..
