My supervisor and I have one Buick taillight assembly done.

    Thank you Rich!

I am on my ice packs & pain meds but so glad I had a beautiful day to make something’s look nicer!

Very rewarding and mainly just “cost” time:)

I buff out plastic lenses with 3M Finess-It II with a wool bonnet just like the final buffing on clear coat. I just buff them when I do the rest of the car they come out like new. You may try pinstripping tape to cover the black stripes while buffing. On headlights: just sand them with 800 grit and clear coat then with regular clear coat, did my wifes Toyota 6 years ago and it still looks like new. If it works on a fender why wouldn't it work on a headlight?

Yes Sir! My thoughts exactly, thanks for the great technique methods too. That 3M Finesse is an excellent product too!

    Who’s your supervisor??
    4 legs???

    I do the same.
Was wondering why nobody mentioned it instead of buying all those “miracle” head/taillight renewers:p

Fritz - I mean a buffing wheel, not a road wheel!
