    Mummy,

Where do we get the cable for that price, Year One?

    LARRY70GS,

Any reason why this distributor would not work on the 300? I think that would work nice for getting rid of points and help drive-ability some.

I would imagine it should work. Not sure about the potential interference with the intake/upper radiator hose common to any HEI installation.

Just talked to TA, they say "NOPE" it takes too much GTF (grind to fit), off one of the intake bolt bosses, which is not a good idea! Back to researching!

Send your distributor to Jim Weise and ask him to convert it to MSD trigger and curve it for you. Normally I would say send it to Dave Ray, but I'm not sure he is still doing these. His website has been down for some time now.

Why is it some intake manifolds work and so don't? Someone needs to explain to the folks asking in here. On the wire deal, never just crimp the male and female ends, silver/solder them in place, much better connect, if you go to most automotive replacement parts store, they can order your ends for you. The wire, (Hint) get to know a electrician ......

You guys should definitely try the progression ignition distributors, I think they even have a small cap version. I've got the hei version on my 455 and the tune ability is outstanding.

I have the T/A HEI on my 455 in the Hemi Hunter. Been 10.18/132. No msd, nothing else. Works great.
