I have a few Parts available for the Big Block Buick 4 Speed Cars. (or for those that want to convert)

    Parts Offered so far:

    1. Big Block Z-Bar with Modified 1″ Opening, Clutch Rod Bushing & Bump Stop already Installed.
    2. Big Block Clutch Fork
    3. Big Block Clutch Rod
    4. 1″ Engine Ball Stud
    5. Frame Ball Stud
    6. Muncie Rebuild Kit for Frame Side Ball Stud
    7. Custom Adjustment Rod (A tad longer than stock for more adjustment)
    8. Clutch Fork & Z Bar Bushings
    9. Retainer Pins

Buick used there own 1″ size when it came to the Engine Ball Stud and Z-Bar.

Originals are super hard to find simply because Buick didn’t produce a lot of 4 speed cars like the other GM Manufactures.

This is also the reason why none of the Big Companies will reproduce them. (Not enough potential sales)

TPP Now offers a Z-Bar for Big Block Cars however it does NOT have the 1" Ball Stud Opening nor does it have a "Bump Stop' for the Frame Side Ball Stud Bushing to mate up against.
(My Z Bar does have the 1" opening AND a "Bump Stop" for the Bushing to seat against.

Feel free to call me on these 4 Speed parts prior to purchasing since it can be confusing.

Would u recommend welding gussets on the inside corners of the flat iron pieces to strengthen the Z-bar?

It sure wouldn't hurt anything but has that been an issue with these in the past ??

I guess I'm not aware of that being an issue but as mentioned a couple gussets sure won't hurt (Other than OEM appearance)

Note: My Z Bars because they have the 1" opening on the Engine side are welded on Both sides of that bar so probably stronger than an OEM piece.

No, but on that little bracket that bolts to the frame tends to twist or bend.

Can I get them without the bushings installed. I like to use a solid steel bushing.
I done worn the rubber out on this one. You think it’s still under warranty from Buick?
