It is initially yes, but then you get a person. Like any customer service company there's canned comments for certain questions. Some people are more lazy than others and rely 100% on canned comments and others rely more on their humanity to reply. My last chat with them before this one was way more personal.

I’m starting to lean in same direction. Sand paper, $11 paint marker, or Cooper Cobras. Lots of people say the Cooper Cobra is better tire too.

The BF Goodrich Radial T/A sizes that everyone wants always seem like the highest priced ones.

Exactly. My size 245-60-14 was the most expensive one of all the 14's on Summit. I have one of my original T/A's from 2010 as a spare and the letters on that one are as white as a piece of paper. BFG frigged up big time. I sawe a beautiful car on one of Jay Leno's Garage videos he was showing. It had BFG's with poop colored letters. So if BFG couldn't care less that millions of followers see this crap product, they sure ain't going to give a rat's behind about you and me. That's the sad truth.

Just went through filing a claim with BFG on my T/A's that turned brown. I bought these in 2017 and had zero miles on them. Called BFG they did direct me to a dealer to have them inspected. Mine fell into the known defective group of tires. I paid for mounting and balancing, tires were replaced at no cost- ONLY because there was zero tread wear, otherwise they would have been prorated. A little quirk to this process is that you have to pay for the tires, BFG will refund your money. I receive my refund deposited into my bank account 1 day after I filed supporting documents to BFG. The whole process of replacing my tires to getting reimbursed was only 3 days. Well worth the effort!!!
