This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. No, last year I was the first Buick to register for the show so my show number was B1. I got emailed the registration form before it appeared here, this year it didn't happen. I'll be there!

Well folks, this show is coming up quick!

Unfortunately, due to the current state of the GS400, my car won't be there again but I will. Probably drive my 91 low rider over and just park down town (it's a Chevy).

Hopefully get to see all my regional Buick homies there!

    Thanks Buddy!

I really don't want to leave my truck anywhere outside of the down town area though. It's not the most secure vehicle I own.

I'll text or call ya the week before. Maybe we can all (Waterboy & Alex too) meet up there and cruise to the park. I'll jump off and park before the registration thing or in the lot where they normally do registration.

    To the top!

Just seeing who all is still planning on going. I am, but not with the GS400, unless by some miracle I can get it fixed and cleaned up by then.

Guess I should check and see if the show is still a go, too.

So, I took the liberty of messaging the Olds Club of Florida, on Facebook. They responded that the show is still a go for October 26th, in Auburndale!

What a great time, hanging out with my Buick buddies and checking out the cars!

Here are some photos from the show:

The 63 Electra 225 won Best Buick, and it was well deserved

Here are some other cool cars that caught my eye:

    This Caddy won Best Cadillac
    65 Caddy BC.jpg

    Ecto Olds Wagon.jpg

This Fiero was owned by a retired GM Engineer. Apparently this a copy of an exercise that they did with the Fiero back in the day, but the Corvette guys killed it off because it would run circles around Chevrolet's flag ship car... It has a Northstar V8 and Caddy transaxle in it!
    Northstar Fiero 1.jpg
    Northstar Fiero 2.jpg

And this was the only Stepchild Buick I saw at the show this time. I think it's a 68 Skylark
    68 Skylark.jpg

And that's all of the pictures I took this time out.

Did that Electra win best Buick last year too? They put the winning cars from last year on this years T-shirt. At some shows, if a car wins it's not allowed to compete the following year. There was no "Best of Show" award as in previous years.

Anyway , it was great seeing everyone which made for a fun day!
