Does anyone know the weight of a 1972 Buick GS 350 with a automatic transmission and A/C?

It works for me, as well as the OP.

Personally, I would never rely on that website, especially when you can rely on actual documentation.

So if your problems persist, try this:

    1. Go to http://hathitrust.com
    2. Type "1972 AMA specifications buick"
    3. Find the proper file

The only way is to get it on a scale. Mine is 2980 pounds, no wonder it tries to rip my head off when the 20” wide tires hook.

I'll be curious to weigh my stripper 350 4-sp. when it's done. I'm thinking it'll be around 3550 w/iron manifolds. I'm going to put BB alum. front drums on & add HD cooling (& maybe delete the radio & remote mirror) but I think initially will be stock (weight) otherwise & can easily account for those changes.

The link worked for me as well. I would counsel that a half-century old car may very well not weigh it's published weight; if you really care about it, you need to have the car weighed. Most good salvage yards have scales and for a nominal fee will weigh your car. When I lived in Massachusetts there was a salvage yard about four miles from my house that would guarantee accuracy to within five pounds.
