Interesting to see that the car has a speedometer in KPH, so it was most likely built in Sweden.
There was a Chevrolet factory in Stockholm:
GM Nordiska AB Södra Hammarbyhamnen, Stockholm

But I wonder if the Chevrolet Bowtie logo for the high beam indicator is original....

Edit: I also see the bowtie on other 1958 Impala dashboard photos
