On my Jeep, which has 1970, V-6, Buick 225 Odd-fire. Going to put a EFI system on it, want to do get a kit to install, not piece something together, plug and play as I say. Which supplier would you recommend?

TBI wont be as sophisticated but you can still get parts for it at any parts store.

I strongly recommend putting the pump in the tank. Less noise and more reliable.

Odd fire has issues with multiport fuel injection. TBI would work same as carb.

With all the Jeep odd fire engines, I’m sure these are pretty accurate

Do they make one for a 231?

Even or odd ? I’m sure this one will supply a 231 with just a different distributor

You can get the Holley Sniper 2 barrel in three different versions: Rochester pattern, Holley 2300 and Carter BBD. You just need a carb adapter for which one you choose. The later 231 (3.8) had the 2 barrel that was half a Quadrajet. I think there is an adapter to the Holley 2300 pattern.

    Or get a 4.1 v6 Quadrajet manifold

I been told the Holley Sniper will not work on a
Odd-fire. Some people are putting a sensor on the crank to get a RPM signal.

Plan on going with a FiTech system, they have a 2 barrel version. Their tech says it will work with a odd-fire as long as you have a HEI distributor that puts out a square wave signal. The big cap GM distributor I have puts out the right signal per there tech people

I dont know if it a fact. But I understand many of Fitech owners are not happy with their products

    Do your customer review research..

Call BJ's Off Road in the link above. They sell a kit specifically for the Oddfire 225 V6.
