I am also now considering removing my a/c compressor, lines, POA and expansion valves. Having the expansion and POA calibrated for 134. I really need these items out the way for under the hood detailing anyway. Does anyone know were I can get a set of plastic caps and plugs to close everything up while they are out? What about the stickers for the rad cover and on the A/C compressor, where can they be found?

Bolts usually have a phosphate treatment. Looks like a dark grey/black with some sparkles. I don't know of a paint that is a good match, but think of a metallic flat flack.

Fiberglass housings.... Graveyard Cars repaired one, gave it a coat of grey, then wet sanded to uncover some of the fiberglass strands then gave it a coat of clear.
