Man that's close, I am 43 and have 2 kids at home. I will pray for the family especialy the 2 boys. I hope they can live without wondering why and can live to please their mom. Ilost my dad when I was young and I let that eat me up,Until the day I made peace and became a child of GOD. GOD bless.

I'm not a religious man, but I will be sure to pray for Bob's family to get through this time. My condolences go out to them. He'll be sorely missed here.

There's a reason for everything in life. Sometimes we don't know the answer to why things happen. We just have to trust in the Lord to carry us.

My heart goes out to his family and everyone that knew him. I didn't know him but he touched my heart.

It's really a wake up call. Life can be taken away so quickly that there is no time to waste. Gone with no warning or a few weeks happens so often. Live to the fullest and be ready to meet your maker. We're all heading there eventually.

Condolences to Bob's family on their loss. His wife and son's will keep his memory alive for many years to come. Despite the sadness now, that's a blessing of sorts.

I couldnt agree more. When its your turn to die you must be written in the book of life. You must ask Christ to be Lord of your life to be written in the book. There is NO second chance for this after you die. Just being a good person WILL NOT secure your right to go to heaven only this statement does

What Im saying is not P.C. but its the truth. No other way to the top only one. Jesus Christ. Once youve accepted there is nothing that can take this away from you .........ever. I know where Bob is I will see him there also.

    Couldn't agree more Mike.

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing......only thing that really makes these things bareable, is knowing Bob had accepted Christ and is now in the presense of the Lord!!:TU:

Alot of us will never meet up in person here on earth, but I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible - once we get to heaven!!:bglasses:

Let's continue to pray for Bob's wife and boys.:)

Bob: I am very sorry to hear of your illness. My Daughter is 42 yr old and we just got her out of the hospital for the second time for a removal of a cancerous tumor in her chest. I prayed a lot for her recovery and have been rewarded with her healing. I will pray for you also and hope for a quick recovery. Ken:)

Ken, unfortunately the word came through here on this thread that Bob passed on earlier last week. If you look through this thread, you'll find the post. Please continue to pray for his family...

You and your daughter have certainly been blessed by God! His healing hand is certainly amazing.

I didn't know Bob was was truly saddened tonight to read of his passing. His family will be in our prayers this evening
I lost my best friend to cancer in Feb of this year. He like Bob accepted the Lord as his savior. When a friend or family member is taken like this we are left to wonder why. There is no good answer for that. We have to trust that the Lord is sovergn and that as believers we will see our loved ones again. Jesus Christ has promised that all who believe in Him will have life everlasting. It's all we have to hang on to in this life.
We will be praying that the Lord will bless and protect Bob's wife and 2 sons.
