Compared to others, you'd think that I could just run down to the local junk yard and pick up parts for this 'relatively' new car; but just isn't the case....

So, here's a list (with presumably accurate part numbers) and hopefully some one has or can point me in the right direction!

    Front bumper cushion: 25508584

Rear bumper cushion: 25502036 or 3756912 (not sure of the difference)

air deflector: 1618882 (Oldsmobile # 3756912) This deflector was common to several GM B body cars but these are the only 2 part numbers I have. This is the 'chin spoiler that bolts to the lower radiator mounting assembly.

    Thanks!

I'll check here from time to time but it's faster to email me at: chriskov47 AT gmail.com (to save me from the spam-bots)

One would think? that perhaps those pieces could be found NOS. Have seen cars such as that in yards, (Albuquerque, Alamogordo, El Paso) but have never bought anything for inventory's sake.

NOS seems to be a dead end - unless someone can refer me to a back woods Buick dealer that doesn't list their inventory in the GM system because searches within that system have yielded nothing. I stay updated on most of the local u-pick salvage yards; but sadly I feel that too many of these cars were lost to 'cash for clunkers'... Bumpers are a bit sketchy since in the later years of most cars lives they are seldom treated with respect or caring.

I was hoping for a 'magic' solution but reality is that I'm probably just going too join many of the folks on this board and on others that search for years for a few parts. I've got a deflector that has damage but I'm in the process of repairing it and when completed I'll give it a nice, spiffy coating of Gorilla Tape in a distinguished black hue and it will have to last until another is found.

AND, here's a picture of the bumper

    Thanks for your help!!!
