Good transmission shop in Pittsburgh, PA?

My transmission has developed a leak and I want to get it looked at. Anyone have experience with a good shop in the Pittsburgh area?

I have a 72 Skylark Custom, one of the previous owners put in a 2004R. Best I can tell it looks like its leaking from the pan gasket.... it was down a quart after sitting for the winter.

The pictures were taken before the spring startup. After filling up the fluid and
taking it for a few short drives the leak seems to have slowed down, but it's still there. Could the gasket have just dried out over the winter and it's now coming back around from driving it?

    Thanks!

When the transmission sits for awhile, the converter drains back into the pan and the fluid level gets higher. Clean the entire area well and watch for where it starts to leak. Check where the dip stick tube enters the case.

Thanks, I will clean it up and keep an eye on it. Would be nice not to take it in for service.

Just wanted to report back that after some regular driving, the leak has virtually stopped. Must have been the converter draining back as you said.

Thanks again, you saved me an unnecessary repair bill!
