Maybe some guys could set up a Rent-a-Buick lot in town, for people who flew in. Kinda like when Hertz had the Shelby Rent a Racer Mustangs.
Most is safety in numbers but at the hotels some of the younger folks stay up pretty late visiting and drinking in the parking lots which is also a deterrent. Very few issues and the Tour haas been going on for over 20 years.
