I rebuilt the engine in my 1970 Wildcat, and I went with the TA Performance Stage 1 heads. I still have the original iron heads if someone wants them. All springs/valves still in (I'm sure they need freshening up; I just took them off and set them aside but the engine was running when I tore everything down for a rebuild.)

I'm in Houston if you can pick them up, or I'll box them up if you want to arrange shipping.

I'm coming though Houston next spring if you dont mind tripping over them for a few months?

Are you planning to use them for something good?

I was just hoping that, if I hold on to them for a while, they would go to a good use; pretty much anything other than just re-selling them. If you have a use for them, I really don't mind setting them aside until you come through.

I've only owned the car for about eight months, so I don't have any first-hand knowledge about the heads' life, other than they are the correct for my engine. I just finished the rebuild on the engine, and it didn't show any signs of being significantly rebuilt before, so I expect the heads are pretty "virgin" as well. I had decided to go with the TA Performance heads before I started the rebuild, so it wasn't anything about the head condition that discouraged me from using them. Just touch base with me when it gets closer to April!

I can use them if the other deal does not work out. I am in Austin.

Thanks Flint Rex! Yeah, I am not re-selling them, they are definitely going to be CC'd and put to good use on one of the 3 455's that I run..Talk to you in the springtime, have a great holiday.
