The new picture program bites!!! Only one picture allowed. I find myself over and over logging in and the Buick no longer recognizes my e-mail address and makes me log in every time and if I'm still logged on for longer time it will make me relog on again! AL.:af:
Al, You should use Photobucket or one of the other free picture hosting sites. When you post pics from those sites, they don't use any bandwidth...all you have to post is an tag an you're good to go. something to think about...
Almost all other boards I frequent ONLY allow pics that are hosted elsewhere, like photobucket. I use it, and it works great. Al, I'm sorry your not happy with the new function. Guess it was an Admin decision to make the change.
I don't believe I've ever uploaded a picture, except for my avatar. I typically put pictures on my web space and link to them as Brett said. You don't need a picture hosting site if all you want to do is link a picture here. Any online webspace will do. Most Internet Service Providers (ISP) give you free webspace, why not use it. I've used my Google, AOL, Comcast, and RoadRunner accounts to do this. You don't have to design a web page or anything... just upload your picture, and use the tags to link to it.
Al, you can put up multiple pics and they don't have the tiny thumbnails or the resolution limits... I have gotten used to it.
Al - are cookies enabled? It sounds like you have to log in for each picture, and that is not how it should be.
I've found this to be very important when logging on. Always use www.V8Buick.com when visiting the site. if you simply type V8Buick.com it'll prompt you for a log in. Tell me if this helps.. I know that those three little www make a big difference when I try it. Chris www.GranSports.com

We're a little shocked at the basketball team to tell you the truth. You guys have some unbelievable freshmen this year. I understand your football recruiting class is killer too....as usual.:rant: On a personal Aggie note (sorry to hi-jack thread), and I'm bragging here...my daughter just got accepted to A&M....AND....her boyfriend of two years signed yesterday for a full ride in the offensive line at A&M. His name is Danny Baker 6'5" 280+. All is not perfect though.......my daughter says no college commitment until we hear from a certain school in Austin. :Smarty: Could I be writing a check to the University of Texas? :eek2: That would be cool with me; I could come out of the closet and wear burnt orange for 4 years.
