That's just awful Pete. Where does that leave you for towing next week? Any chance of recovery by the OPP or otherwise; or maybe a replacement vehicle? Good luck either way.
It will probably end up in the US with a new VIN and counterfeit title. :Smarty: Hope you can still make it to the race. Here's an auto theft prevention tip. Cover your VIN with something so the thieves can't see it. If they want your vehicle, they copy the VIN down and go to a dealer and tell them that they lost their keys and need a new one for the VIN (yours) that they provide. Or, they prepare a legitimate looking repossession order with your VIN on it and they go to a dealer and ask to have keys made.
