My Canadian 69 wildcat had the issues in the rear body mounts behind the rear wheels and Looked exactly how yours look, I went to DVAP in Arizona and had them cut out the sections from rust free trunk.
I will check with them to see what they have. There is new sheet metal that can be made to work if needed. They give parts discounts when you buy an entire car.
