    Hello everyone

I am currently installing an Edelbrock carb on my 72 skylark with a 350. This is my first carburetor installation. However, it seems that the throttle linkage is loose. Maybe the line is too long? When I’ve got the throttle cable linked up, there is a lot of slack, and the pedal is about halfway down, and loose.
How do I fix this problem so I can get the throttle linked up to the carburetor.

Any other tips help, as this is my first time installing a carburetor

    Thanks

Try to post a few pictures. You likely need to shorten the cable or move the bracket.

Go on Summit's website. Probably 100's of brackets to pick from.
